The Marion Institute presented a biological medicine Lyme event in April of 2010. I just discovered it, 2+ years late :). If you haven't seen it, you may want to. Dr Rau has a strong German accent, but he's very animated. He is medical director of the Paracelsus Clinic in Switzerland. He makes some interesting points about Lyme disease being the result of a toxic body (due to environment, diet, even preservatives in Rocephin and other abx) rather than from the microbes, per se.
